What happens after I submit?
We reply within 24 hours. If you asked for a quote, we send pricing guidance for your package mix. If you’re reserving a date, we confirm availability, then send insurance, EIN, agreement, and invoice. A 50% deposit holds the date.
How much is the deposit?
50% to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due the day of the event.
Where do you serve?
Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin, North Las Vegas, and Guadalajara. Tell us your venue when you reserve and we will confirm travel.
What can I book?

Base Camp or Circuit?
Base Camp runs multiple stations at once, each with its own host. Circuit uses one host while kids rotate through games together. Circuit suits smaller groups; Base Camp when you want more happening at once.
What about Imprint Studio?
Guests leave with a personalized leather keepsake. Imprint is a standalone experience for any celebration, and it pairs cleanly with kids packages. Collections start around $1,350.
Which add-ons can I choose?
Add Circuit Game, Add Base Camp, Add Craft, Add Hour, or Other. Ask us if you need lighting, photo booth, or rentals.
How far ahead should I book?
As soon as you have a date. Two to four weeks is usually comfortable. Peak weekends book earlier.
Is setup included?
Yes. Hosted packages include setup, hosting, and breakdown.
Do you bring insurance paperwork?
Yes. After we confirm the date, we send insurance certificate, EIN, service agreement, and invoice.
Indoor or outdoor?
Both work. Share space size, shade, power, and access notes in Special requests so we can plan the layout.
What guest count should I enter?
Use the number of kids or guests who will play or imprint. Exact counts help us recommend hosts and materials.
Can I mix packages?
Yes. Many hosts pair Circuit or Base Camp with Imprint or a craft station. Choose your main package, then add-ons.
Do you host public appearances?
Sometimes. Check the Events calendar for open dates, or book a private event anytime.

What if weather turns?
Share indoor backup options with your request. We plan cover and shade when the venue allows, and confirm a contingency with your deposit.
Who supervises the games?
Our hosts run the stations. Active rentals are briefed and staffed for safe play. Adults stay responsible for their guests overall.
Can I cancel or move the date?
The 50% deposit holds your date. Reschedule windows depend on timing and availability. We spell that out in the service agreement before you pay.
